Head Barista –

- Prepare all hot & cold beverages as per company recipes and standards.
- Maintain beverage quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control.
- Operate and maintain coffee machine, grinder, blender, and other equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.
- Check and manage daily beverage stock and minimize wastage.
- Prepare orders as per KOT and ensure timely service.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper food storage practices.
- Provide good customer service and handle feedback professionally.
- Follow all company SOPs, grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Complete opening and closing bar duties.
- Report stock shortages, wastage, equipment issues, or operational problems to the manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
