Job Purpose
The NR-RPM will manage and motivate branches to achieve NR budgets and act as the single point of contact between NR-Product and branches for daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Performance Management
Ensure branches achieve 100% YTD in NR accounts, NAV, CIB, and TD.
Provide MIS to branches to meet annual plans.
Drive bottom quartile branches to achieve targets.
Conduct scoping to maximize NR market share in the region.
Stakeholder Engagement
Participate in strategy meetings with Zonal, Circle, and Cluster Heads.
Explore recent business avenues with corporates and consultancies.
Follow up with CPUs and RDVUs for account openings and hold clearance.
Customer Engagement
Engage non-managed customers for TDs and account activations.
Source accounts from leads and references.
Collaborate with branches to activate zero balance and depleted accounts.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence
Ensure compliance with reKYC, PAN updates, and FATCA norms.
Maintain 70% compliance for the non-managed customer base.
Marketing and Event Strategies
Prepare event calendars with Cluster, Circle, and Zonal Heads.
Implement marketing strategies defined by NR-Product and NR-Sales teams.
Education:
Post-graduation required.
Certifications:
Internal NR Modules.
Key Competencies
Sales and influencing skills, banking product knowledge, NRI product and regulatory knowledge, planning and organizing skills, communication.
