*Job Description*

* Perform heat load calculations, airflow (CFM) estimates, and duct or pipe sizing.

* Create 2D and 3D blueprints and schematics using software like AutoCAD or Revit.

* Choose appropriate chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fans, and pumps based on project needs.

* Ensure designs follow local building codes and industry guidelines like ASHRAE standards.

* Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and contractors to integrate systems into the overall building structure.
