Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily residential construction activities at the site.

* Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and vendors.

* Ensure construction work is executed as per drawings and specifications.

* Monitor quality of civil work including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing.

* Check material availability and coordinate site requirements.

* Monitor manpower and daily work progress.

* Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.

* Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.

* Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

* Ensure compliance with site safety and quality standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
