Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our sales team in Kapur. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our medical, orthopedic, surgical and rehabilitation products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors and medical stores regularly.
- Promote and explain company products to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key customers.
- Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations whenever required.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and business growth.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with distributors and the internal sales team for order processing and product availability.
- Maintain proper daily visit and sales reports through the company's reporting system.
- Provide regular market feedback to the management.




- Ensure proper follow-up on pending orders and payments.
- Maintain professional conduct and discipline while working in the assigned territory.

These responsibilities are consistent with typical MSR roles, including healthcare-professional visits, product detailing, relationship building, territory management, target achievement and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma preferred; B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc. or relevant qualification will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical/pharma/healthcare sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in orthopedic, surgical, medical devices or rehabilitation products will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications and reporting tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
