George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Service Advisor to join our Kalamassery branch. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their vehicle service requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle reception to delivery.

We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and an interest in the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct vehicle reception and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain required service and repair work to customers.
- Provide service estimates and obtain customer approval before additional repairs.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely job completion.
- Monitor repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional service requirements.
- Prepare and explain invoices to customers.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with proper documentation.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer and service records.




- Support the achievement of service centre targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Follow company and manufacturer service standards and procedures.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in automobile service, customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication skills and relevant qualifications may apply.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle service processes.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
