About the Role

Pixolo is hiring a Software Developer (AI Operator) to work on frontend and backend development across web and mobile application projects.

The role involves working through AI-assisted development workflows. The candidate will understand project requirements, work with AI-generated development output, review the output, identify issues, debug problems, and make the necessary changes to ensure the final development work meets the project requirements.

The candidate should have a good understanding of software development basics and concepts, along with practical knowledge of the required technologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on both frontend and backend development.
- Work on web and mobile application projects.
- Understand project requirements and development requirements.
- Work with AI-assisted development workflows.
- Review and understand AI-generated development output.
- Identify and debug development issues.
- Make necessary changes and improvements to the generated output.
- Work with APIs and databases as required.




- Use Git for version control and development workflows.
- Collaborate with the team to complete development tasks and project requirements.

Requirements

- IT Graduate
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Positive understanding of frontend and backend development
- Understanding of web and mobile application development
- Ability to understand project requirements and development needs
- Ability to work effectively with AI-assisted development workflows
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
