- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet individual and team objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
- Set sales targets, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions when required.
