We are looking for a responsible and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our apartment community. The ideal candidate should have positive communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment community

* Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support staff

* Coordinate plumbing, electrical, lift, water supply, generator, and other maintenance works

* Handle residents’ complaints and ensure timely resolution

* Coordinate with vendors and service providers

* Monitor cleanliness and overall upkeep of common areas

* Maintain facility records, maintenance schedules, and service reports

* Ensure safety, security,



and proper functioning of all facilities

* Monitor maintenance expenses and support the association/management in daily operations

Requirements:

* Previous experience in apartment/community facility management preferred

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong team-handling and coordination skills

* Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance

* Ability to handle resident concerns professionally

* Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
