Key Responsibilities

- Attend day-to-day breakdowns of utility equipment including Compressors, DG, Transformers, Chillers, HVAC, ASU, HT/LT Panels, Lighting Systems, WTP, STP, RO/UF Water Plants and Fire Fighting Systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults in electrical and mechanical utility equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive and time-based maintenance activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, blowers, compressors, HVAC and chillers.
- Handle PLC & VFD drives – Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, ABB, etc.
- Possess sound knowledge of HT & LT electrical systems and plant electrical maintenance.
- Identify and implement Kaizen / OPL / SOPs for improving plant efficiency.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives related to water, power, fuel, compressed air and maintenance costs.
- Prepare daily breakdown reports, analysis reports, 5W1H, monthly reports, etc.
- Handle spare parts planning and inventory requirements.




- Work on SAP PM Module and follow TPM practices.
- Ensure compliance with IMS requirements and plant utility-related legal compliances.
- Coordinate with Production and other plant departments for smooth utility operations and maintenance.

Required Skills

✅ Robust knowledge of Plant Electrical Systems – HT & LT
✅ Hands-on experience in HVAC, Chiller, Compressor, Pumps & Blowers
✅ Knowledge of Electrical, MEP drawings and components
✅ Experience with PLC & VFD drives
✅ Knowledge of SAP PM & TPM
✅ Strong troubleshooting and breakdown-handling skills
✅ Good coordination and resource-management abilities

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
