About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience to partner with business leaders and employees across the organization.

The HRBP will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, strengthening employee engagement, supporting performance management, driving HR processes, and ensuring a positive employee experience. The role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving ability, business understanding, and the confidence to independently handle people-related matters.

What You'll Own

HR Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce requirements, business priorities, and people-related challenges.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee matters, and people practices.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide practical HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Identify people-related risks and proactively recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support managers in making effective people decisions while ensuring consistency and fairness.

Employee Engagement & Employee Relations

- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, motivation, and retention.




- Conduct regular employee connect initiatives and gather feedback to identify workplace concerns.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally.
- Support managers in resolving employee-related issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Identify trends in employee concerns and recommend initiatives to improve the overall employee experience.

Performance Management

- Drive and coordinate performance management processes across the organization.
- Support managers in setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
- Identify performance-related concerns and work with managers to develop appropriate improvement plans.
- Monitor performance management timelines and ensure completion of appraisal and review cycles.
- Provide insights to leadership on performance trends, talent gaps, and development requirements.

Talent Management & Employee Development

- Identify high-potential employees and support talent development initiatives.
- Work with managers to identify skill gaps, training requirements, and career development opportunities.
- Support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to improve employee retention and strengthen the talent pipeline.
- Assist in developing employee development and learning initiatives based on organizational needs.

HR Operations & Policy Implementation

- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and organizational guidelines.
- Work closely with HR operations teams to ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain accurate employee-related records, reports, trackers, and HR documentation.
- Support HR audits, compliance activities, and policy updates as required.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports related to headcount, attrition, employee engagement, performance, and other HR metrics.

Workforce Planning & HR Analytics

- Partner with business leaders to understand current and future workforce requirements.
- Support manpower planning and organizational structure discussions.
- Monitor workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, retention, absenteeism, and employee movement.




- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare regular HR dashboards, reports, and management updates.

Culture & Organizational Development

- Support initiatives focused on strengthening organizational culture and employee experience.
- Help implement employee engagement, recognition, and team-building initiatives.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
- Partner with leadership on initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources / HR Business Partnering.
- Strong experience in HR business partnering and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, engagement, performance management, and HR processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and independently handle sensitive employee matters.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and prepare meaningful reports.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employment practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.

Preferred / Good to Have

- Prior experience working as an HRBP in a SaaS, IT, technology, or other fast-growing organization is preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple business functions or diverse employee groups is an advantage.
- Exposure to HRIS / HRMS platforms and HR analytics tools is a plus.
- Experience in designing or implementing employee engagement initiatives is preferred.
- Experience handling performance improvement plans and employee relations matters is an advantage.
- Exposure to organizational development, talent management, and succession planning is a plus.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and business heads is strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
