1.Generate accurate sales invoices based on customer orders, delivery challans (DCs), or sales orders and send email to client on same day.
2.Resolve billing related issues of the clients.
3.Update summary of Sales Invoices Daily.
4.Prepare final bills incorporating all necessary adjustments such as freight, discounts, or taxes and send email to client on same day.
5.Prepare Project wise material re concillation and prepare cummulative sheet against work order.
6.Maintain excel daily and weekly summaries of delivery challans issued and returnable challan.
7.Generate E-Way Bills in compliance with government regulations for the transportation of goods.
8.Fiiling Sales & Credit notes Documents .If any additional responsibilities are assigned beyond those mentioned, you are required to complete them.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
