Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Writer to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for students or freshers who are passionate about writing, storytelling, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Research the latest social media trends and come up with fresh content ideas, captions, scripts, and engaging copy.
- Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop content strategies that support the company’s marketing and branding goals.
- Create attention-grabbing hooks and storytelling content, particularly for Reels and short-form videos.
- Regularly track social media performance, including reach, views, engagement, shares, saves, profile visits, link clicks, and follower growth.
- Review analytics and identify what type of content is working and what needs improvement.
- Make changes to the content strategy based on performance and audience response.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure it is clear, accurate, and consistent with the brand’s voice.




- Work with designers and video editors to bring social media ideas to life when required.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Insights and Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of important social media metrics such as reach, views, engagement rate, audience demographics, profile visits, and follower growth.
- Strong knowledge of Reels, content hooks, storytelling, and CTAs.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Ability to independently manage a content calendar and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Positive understanding of current social media trends and audience behaviour.
