Shakthi NEET Academy is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and computer-savvy candidates to join our team as Front Office – Computer Operators at our Trichy and Madurai locations.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day front-office and computer-related activities.

* Enter and update student and administrative data accurately.

* Maintain records, registers, and digital files.

* Prepare documents, reports, letters, and basic spreadsheets.

* Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.

* Manage incoming calls and assist students, parents, and visitors with basic enquiries.

* Coordinate with the Academic, Administration, Hostel, and Accounts departments.

* Maintain student attendance and other required records.

* Support admission and office-related documentation.

* Ensure all data is entered accurately and maintained confidentially.

* Perform other computer and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Eligibility





* BA / B.Sc / B.Com graduates can apply.

* Freshers are welcome – No prior experience required.

* 2026 passed-out candidates can apply.

* Good computer knowledge and typing skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email.

* Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
