Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course fees, eligibility, certification, and career prospects.
- Maintain admission records and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with academic and sales teams.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Good convincing and follow-up ability.
- Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
