Must-Have:

Strong functional knowledge of Workday Learning

Workday Learning configuration and build validation

Hands-on experience with Workday Audience Builder

HCM reporting criteria and worker attributes for audience creation

Workday calculated fields and security

Troubleshooting Learning audience and reporting issues

Workday Learning security domains and business processes

Enterprise-scale Workday Learning implementation / production support experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills

Valuable to Have: Workday Talent

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
