Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Visa Documentation Executive to handle end-to-end visa documentation and application coordination for clients traveling internationally. The role involves collecting and verifying documents, preparing visa files, coordinating with clients and visa centers, and ensuring applications meet embassy/consulate requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Collect and review client documents according to embassy/consulate requirements.

2.Prepare and organize visa application files for Schengen, UK,and other countries.

3.Verify passports, bank statements, employment documents, travel insurance, hotel bookings, flight itineraries, invitation letters, NOCs, cover letters, and supporting documents.

4. Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information and coordinate with clients to rectify them.

5. Prepare skilled cover letters, invitation letters, NOC letters, itineraries, explanation letters, and document checklists.





6.Complete visa application forms accurately and cross-check information before submission.

7.Coordinate VFS, BLS, TLS, embassy/consulate appointments, biometrics, and document submission where applicable.

8.Maintain client records, application status, deadlines, and document tracking. Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and visa decisions.

9.Stay updated on changes in embassy/consulate visa rules and documentation requirements.

10.Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processing.

11.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client information. Handle multiple applications simultaneously while meeting submission deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
