Job Summary

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused Buyback Executives with positive knowledge of mobile phones and electronic gadgets. The ideal candidate should be capable of evaluating used devices, identifying technical issues, and handling customers professionally during the buyback/exchange process.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and evaluate used mobile phones, laptops, desktops, and iPads

Identify device condition, physical damage,



and technical issues

Provide accurate pricing and valuation for used devices

Handle customer queries related to exchange and buyback services

Convert walk-in customers into successful buyback deals

Maintain excellent customer interaction and service standards

Stay updated with the latest mobile brands, models, and technologies

Achieve daily operational and sales targets efficiently

Preferred Industry: Mobile Retail / Electronics / Telecom / Gadget Store

Experience: 1-15 Years
