About the Role:

Izago Immigration Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional, experienced, and result-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the immigration industry, particularly in Permanent Residency (PR) programs. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client profiles, assessing eligibility, recommending suitable immigration pathways, providing professional counselling, and converting qualified leads into successful clients.

Candidates with proven experience in Immigration PR Sales/Consultancy and a strong understanding of PR programs will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct professional immigration consultations and assess clients based on age, education, work experience, language proficiency, financial background, and other relevant eligibility factors.
- Possess and demonstrate strong industry knowledge of Permanent Residency (PR) programs, including eligibility criteria, processes, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
- Provide accurate and updated information regarding Canada PR and other relevant immigration pathways.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable PR programs and immigration pathways based on their profile.
- Handle qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Convert prospective clients into successful customers through effective consultation, counselling, follow-ups, negotiation, and sales techniques.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and ensure timely communication throughout the sales process.
- Build strong and professional relationships with clients and address their queries and concerns effectively.




- Coordinate with the Documentation and Case Processing Teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and case progression.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, PR programs, eligibility criteria, and industry developments.
- Ensure that all information provided to clients is professional, transparent, and aligned with applicable immigration guidelines.

Mandatory Experience & Industry Knowledge:

- Prior experience in the Immigration/PR consultancy industry or travel visas is strongly preferred.
- Candidates should have practical knowledge and experience in handling PR profiles and immigration clients.
- Strong understanding of Permanent Residency (PR) processes, eligibility assessment, documentation, and client conversion is required.
- Experience handling Canada PR cases/profiles will be a strong advantage.
- Candidates from general sales backgrounds may be considered only if they have a strong understanding of the immigration/PR industry.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate with excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in immigration consultancy, particularly PR, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of immigration and Permanent Residency programs.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
- Sales-oriented, target-driven, and confident in handling prospective clients.
- Self-motivated, professional, disciplined, and capable of working in a performance-driven setting.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹38,175.25 per month
