**Position: CDP / Sous Chef** * Prepare and execute food as per menu and quality standards. * Supervise kitchen operations and junior chefs. * Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation. * Manage mise en place, inventory, and wastage control. * Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service. * Train and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen staff. * Follow all food safety and kitchen SOPs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
