We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to drive marketing, lead generation, institutional outreach, and business development activities in Jamshedpur.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and admissions for ICA Edu Skills programs.
- Generate qualified leads through field marketing, digital campaigns, events, seminars, referrals, and institutional outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, schools, coaching institutes, corporate organizations, and other potential partners.
- Identify and develop new institutional tie-ups and business opportunities.
- Plan and conduct career seminars, workshops, campus activities, promotional events, and student engagement programs.
- Lead and coordinate marketing executives and field teams to achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor daily marketing activities, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion performance.
- Coordinate closely with the counselling and admission teams to improve lead-to-admission conversion.
- Develop new market areas and promotional channels for business expansion.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer/student requirements.
- Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.
- Take ownership of monthly lead-generation, revenue, and admission targets.
- Ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets and promotional resources.





Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management will be an advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development, education, training, or a related sector.
- Experience in the education/training industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales/admission targets.
- Comfortable with field visits, institutional meetings, and networking activities.
- Ability to independently manage marketing activities and coordinate a small team.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Jamshedpur market and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital marketing tools.

Performance Expectations

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving lead generation, institutional partnerships, market expansion, team performance, and admission/revenue targets for the Jamshedpur location.
