About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Outbound Communication Officer to plan and execute campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Messenger and SMS. The role will focus on lead nurturing, engagement, reactivation and enrolment conversion while independently managing campaigns from ideation to reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative outbound communication campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create engaging content for prospects, learners and alumni.
- Manage email campaigns, automated nurture journeys and re-engagement campaigns.
- Plan and execute WhatsApp, Messenger and SMS campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, lead behaviour and campaign performance.
- Support lead scoring, lead generation and conversion.




- Drive cross-selling, upselling and alumni engagement campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimise campaigns.
- Maintain database hygiene, segmentation and deliverability.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, Indian/UAE data protection laws and anti-spam regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in Email Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM/email platforms.
- Experience managing WhatsApp Business, Messenger and bulk SMS campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, lead scoring and lead nurturing.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
