Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates with a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Finance, or a related field will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Support sales and business development activities.




- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions and follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a professional personality.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Experience

- Freshers may apply if they have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, sales, business development, or account management will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be well-presented, confident, polite, proactive, and comfortable interacting with clients. She should be able to manage multiple clients effectively while maintaining professional relationships and achieving organizational goals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
