As we expand our digital presence nationally and internationally, we are looking for a Skilled and Experienced Website Developer to build, manage and continuously improve our digital ecosystem.

Experience: 3–5+ Years

- WordPress: Elementor / Elementor Pro, WPBakery, WooCommerce, Custom Theme Development, ACF, Gutenberg, Divi / Bricks
- Plugins: Custom Plugin Development, Plugin Customization & Configuration, Plugin Troubleshooting & Updates
- Development: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP, Responsive Design, API Integration
- SEO & Performanc : Google Search Console, Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Speed Optimization, Core Web Vitals, LiteSpeed
- E-Commerce: WooCommerce, Shopify, Razorpay, PayPal, Payment Gateway Integration

Required Skills

- ⁠ ⁠Strong experience with WordPress / PHP / HTML / CSS / JavaScript or equivalent modern web technologies.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of responsive web design and UI/UX.
- ⁠ ⁠Experience with SEO, website speed optimization and Google Search Console.
- ⁠ ⁠Experience integrating payment gateways, APIs, CRM and marketing platforms.
- ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of website security, hosting, DNS, SSL and backups.
- ⁠ ⁠Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to create high-quality landing pages and conversion-focused website experiences.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- ⁠ ⁠Design, develop and maintain a modern, premium and high-converting MIIQ website.
- ⁠ ⁠Build responsive, mobile-first websites with excellent UI/UX.




- ⁠ ⁠Develop and manage registration, lead-generation and enquiry forms.
- ⁠ ⁠Integrate payment gateways, CRM, email/WhatsApp tools, analytics and other required third-party platforms.
- ⁠ ⁠Optimize website speed, security, performance and Core Web Vitals.
- ⁠ ⁠Implement strong SEO-friendly technical architecture and support Google rankings.
- ⁠ ⁠Manage website hosting, domains, SSL, backups and technical maintenance.
- ⁠ ⁠Create landing pages for campaigns, auditions, registrations, sponsors and events.
- ⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion APIs where applicable.
- ⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot bugs, security issues and technical problems quickly.
- ⁠ ⁠Regularly update event information, contestant profiles, winners, media coverage, galleries and other website content.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the marketing, content, design and advertising teams to maximize website traffic and conversions.
- ⁠ ⁠Continuously improve website conversion rates, user experience and lead quality.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience working on beauty, fashion, pageant, events, media, lifestyle, e-commerce or lead-generation websites will be preferred.

Experience in developing websites for high-traffic campaigns, online registrations and international audiences will be an added advantage.
