Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing delivery processes, and promptly addressing any issues that arise to maintain system reliability and performance. Collaboration with various teams to coordinate operational activities and support service continuity is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, along with adapting to evolving operational needs and priorities to ensure seamless service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational goals and timely resolution of incidents.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Batch Scheduling Tools & Techniques.
- Experience in managing and automating batch workflows to optimize system operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and system bottlenecks.
- Ability to analyze operational data to improve scheduling accuracy and system throughput.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and alerting tools to proactively manage production environments.
