Flour & Feine is a specialty coffee roastery and café based in Thane, Maharashtra. We are looking for a Baker / Bakery Production Associate to join our team and take responsibility for our daily bakery production.

Job Description

We are looking for a Baker who is passionate about baking and has an eye for consistency, quality and detail.

The role will primarily involve cookie production and bakery production, along with preparing and baking other products as required.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and bake cookies and other bakery products according to standard recipes

● Measure and weigh ingredients accurately

● Prepare doughs, fillings and other bakery components

● Follow recipes and production processes consistently

● Maintain consistency in taste, texture, size and appearance

● Manage daily bakery production requirements

● Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients

● Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the baking and kitchen area

● Follow food safety and hygiene standards

● Maintain basic production and ingredient requirements

● Assist with testing and development of new bakery products when required

Requirements

● Previous experience as a Baker,



Bakery Assistant, Commis Baker, Pastry Commis or Bakery Production Associate is preferred

● Freshers with relevant baking or pastry training may also apply

● Basic knowledge of baking techniques and processes

● Ability to accurately follow recipes and measurements

● Robust attention to detail and consistency

● Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety

● Ability to work independently and manage daily production

● Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and processes

Experience

0–3 years of relevant experience preferred

Candidates with experience in bakeries, cafés, restaurants, hotels, pastry kitchens, central kitchens or bakery production are encouraged to apply.
