We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Support Engineer – Hardware to handle hardware troubleshooting, installation, configuration, coordination with field engineers and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and other IT hardware.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring hardware problems.
- Install and configure PCs, desktops, laptops and related hardware.
- Coordinate with field engineers and monitor assigned technical tasks.
- Maintain records of hardware issues, solutions and inventory updates.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams.
- Provide skilled technical support to end users.
- Ensure timely resolution and good customer communication.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in IT hardware support or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, installation and configuration.
- Basic knowledge of L2 support processes will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
