Reliant Future Connect is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to support our institutions outreach, course promotion, and Industrial Visit programs. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with colleges, promoting our courses and programs, and coordinating IV activities from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit colleges and educational institutions to develop business opportunities.
- Meet with college management, placement officers, faculty members, and coordinators.
- Promote and market Reliant Future Connect courses and educational programs.
- Identify new colleges and opportunities for collaborations.
- Coordinate Industrial Visits (IVs) for students, including planning and execution.
- Communicate with colleges regarding IV requirements, schedules, student details, and other arrangements.
- Coordinate with companies and other stakeholders for IV programs.
- Handle follow-ups with colleges and convert leads into confirmed programs.
- Maintain records of college contacts, leads, follow-ups, and confirmed activities.
- Support promotional activities, presentations, seminars, and other college events.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Travel to colleges and different locations as required for business activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Prepare regular reports on visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet colleges.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good English communication; knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
