Senior Executive – MIS

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – MIS to manage business reporting, data analysis, dashboards and management reports.

The candidate will be responsible for collecting and consolidating data from various departments, maintaining accurate MIS reports, analysing business performance and providing timely insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Consolidate, analyse and validate data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain automated MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track sales, revenue, collections, targets, productivity and other business KPIs.
- Analyse variances, trends and exceptions and highlight key findings.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all MIS reports.
- Improve and automate existing reporting processes to reduce manual work.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reconciliation.
- Create management dashboards with meaningful and easy-to-understand insights.

Advanced Google Sheets – Mandatory

Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of relevant MIS / reporting experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and handle large datasets.
- Should be able to build MIS reports from raw data without depending on others.
- Should have a strong mindset towards automation and process improvement.

Important: This is not a basic data-entry MIS role. Solid practical knowledge of Google Sheets formulas, Excel and MIS automation is mandatory.

A practical Google Sheets/Excel test will be conducted as part of the selection process.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
