Call Support Executive
Location: Udaipur | Job Type: Full-Time | Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and provide support.
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Achieve assigned call/support targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-friendly attitude and positive listening skills.
- Udaipur-based candidates preferred.
