Job Summary
Career Masterz is looking for an experienced and responsible Visa Filing Manager to manage the complete visa filing and documentation process for visa applications. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission, case follow-ups, and smooth coordination with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the complete visa filing process from documentation to final decision.
- Check and verify client documents for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility.
- Prepare and review visa application forms, supporting documents, SOPs, cover letters, and other required paperwork.
- Ensure all applications are prepared according to the latest immigration rules and requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to collect pending or additional documents.
- Track application status and provide timely updates to clients and management.
- Handle visa-related queries and resolve documentation or filing issues.
- Coordinate with consultants, counsellors, documentation teams, and other departments.




- Maintain proper records of all active, submitted, approved, refused, and pending cases.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, visa requirements, and application procedures.

Preferred Candidate

- Graduate in any relevant field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- Experience with work permits, employer-sponsored visas, skilled migration, or overseas employment visas will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in handling a team or managing multiple visa cases will have an advantage.
- Experience with multiple countries and different visa categories will be an added benefit.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
