About Listenerio

Listenerio is a product being developed under KodeToCareer, focused on building a platform that connects people with listeners and creates a structured digital experience around listening, conversations, and community support.

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer Intern who wants to work on a real product from the early development stage and gain hands-on startup experience.

What You’ll Work On

- Build and improve Listenerio's web application and product features.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Build and integrate backend APIs and database functionality.
- Implement authentication, user profiles, dashboards and other core product features.
- Work with the UI/UX and AI/Automation team to convert designs and ideas into functional features.
- Debug, test and optimize the application.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and cooperative development.
- Participate in weekly product discussions, sprint planning and reviews.
- Help make Listenerio production-ready and suitable for future commercial deployment.

Who We’re Looking For

- B.Tech/BCA/MCA or related Computer Science/IT students preferred.
- Students or recent graduates with good fundamentals are welcome.




- Candidates who have built personal or academic projects will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and communicate regularly with the team.
- Genuine interest in building products rather than only completing an internship for a certificate.
- Able to commit consistently for the full 3-month project.

Commercial Opportunity

This is an project-based internship.

Interns who independently identify and successfully contribute to bringing a paying client for the Listenerio product may be eligible for a performance-based sales incentive, subject to KodeToCareer's written incentive terms.

Before joining, selected interns will be required to sign applicable confidentiality and intellectual-property agreements.

Listenerio is a product of KodeToCareer. Source code, product designs, documentation, business information, product concepts and other work created specifically for the project will be governed by the applicable agreement.
