- Role: Corporate Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
- Industry: Food & Beverage, Hospitality or Cafe Chains
- Objective: Grow revenue by signing corporate office accounts, tech parks, and business centers for regular food supply, pop-up events, and employee meal programs. [1]

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Find recent corporate clients, HR heads, admin managers, and facility teams through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Pitching & Presentations: Present custom food and beverage packages, office lunch programs, and high-tea or pop-up stall options.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and contracts with corporate buyers.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with the cafe’s culinary, kitchen,



and delivery teams to ensure food quality and timely corporate service.
- Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with corporate clients to ensure high satisfaction and secure contract renewals or upselling.
- Market Tracking: Track local competitor pricing, corporate dining trends, and office park expansions in the assigned region.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of proven B2B sales or corporate business development experience, preferably in hospitality, food services, or catering.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), and POS systems. [1, 2]
