About the Role

Nik Bakers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across our retail, café, bakery, production, and support functions.

The role will primarily involve high-volume recruitment for frontline and supervisory positions, along with conducting recruitment campaigns and drives to meet business manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Handle high-volume hiring for:
- Stewards
- Counter Service Executives
- Cashiers
- Café/Retail Staff
- Assistant Managers
- Supervisors
- Production & Bakery Staff
- Warehouse and other operational positions
- Conduct preliminary screening and telephonic/face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and management.
- Conduct regular recruitment drives, walk-in drives, campaign drives, and mass hiring initiatives as per manpower requirements.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing campaigns to attract frontline candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with store/operations managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates from interview stage through offer, documentation, and joining.
- Handle offer discussions and assist in offer closure and joining conversion.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and provide hiring status reports.
- Monitor recruitment TAT, interview numbers, selections, offers, and joining ratios.
- Coordinate with HR/Operations teams for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.




- Maintain a database of active and potential candidates for recurring positions.
- Explore recent and local recruitment sources to improve the availability of frontline manpower.
- Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support other HR activities as and when required.

Key Skills Required

- Strong mass/frontline recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct recruitment drives independently.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-conversion skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work with multiple vacancies and urgent manpower requirements.
- Good negotiation and offer-closure skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in QSR, café, restaurant, bakery, retail, hospitality, FMCG, or other high-volume hiring environments will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, energetic, target-driven, and comfortable with field/campaign recruitment, particularly for frontline positions. The candidate should be able to independently plan and execute recruitment drives and consistently deliver candidates against multiple manpower requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
