Qualifications

- B.SC/M.SC BE / BTech in Chemical Engineering
- Diploma / PG Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory)

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety / HSE roles within hazardous chemical industries

At least 5 years of experience in a chemical / agrochemical / pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

Build Plans:

Make and launch health and safety rules that fit local and federal laws.

Check Sites: Walk through work areas, factories, or building sites to spot dangers.

Lead Training: Teach workers and staff how to use safety gear and follow protected steps.

Look Into Accidents: Review injury reports, find out why accidents happened, and fix the root causes.

Keep Records: Track safety logs, training sessions, and workers' compensation claim.
