Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Pantry Boy with cooking skills to support our hospitality team in maintaining high standards of service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pantry Management: Maintaining a clean and organized pantry area, ensuring proper storage of ingredients, and managing inventory.
- Ingredient Preparation: Preparing and portioning ingredients according to recipes and portion control guidelines, including chopping vegetables, and fruits.
- Food Preparation: Preparing and plating cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and desserts. Preparing sauces, dressings, and other condiments.
- Garnishing and Plating: Garnishing dishes with spices, nuts, fruits, and vegetables, and ensuring proper plating for cold dishes.
- Food Safety: Following food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.




- Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and assisting with ordering.
- Support for Other Operations: Assisting with dishwashing and cleaning duties, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Ensure utensils, cutlery, and pantry equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality or corporate pantry setting preferred).
- Basic knowledge of cooking, including preparation of Indian and continental snacks/meals.
- Familiar with pantry equipment and safety standards.
- Well-groomed, polite, and customer service-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Versatile with working hours and event-based schedules.

Pay: ₹9,903.85 - ₹18,000.00 per month
