Role Overview

The Team Advisor will oversee and support night shift operations, ensuring smooth workflow, team coordination, and adherence to company standards. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively during night hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Shift Supervision: Monitor and manage team performance during night shifts.
- Team Support: Provide guidance, resolve queries, and ensure employee well-being.
- Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare shift reports, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Training & Development:



Assist in onboarding new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
- Issue Resolution: Handle operational challenges and coordinate with management for solutions.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between night shift staff and senior management.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in team handling, customer service, or operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during night shifts.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
