Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet shoppers warmly, listen to their needs, and suggest matching products.
- Transactions: Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) terminal to process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Product Knowledge: Explain item features, pricing, discounts, and active promotions.
- Inventory Control: Restock shelves, track stock levels, and report missing or low inventory to the manager.
- Maintenance: Keep the counter area, display racks, and surrounding floor clean and organized.

Job Requirements

- Education: A high school diploma, 10th pass, or equivalent qualification.
- Communication: Clear verbal skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Math & Tech Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash and a comfort level with basic computer or register systems.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for long periods and lift light boxes or restock items.
