About NuVista AI
NuVista AI is a U.S.-based technology company helping organizations modernize through artificial intelligence, data, and cloud solutions on AWS. We partner with businesses to deliver scalable, secure, and measurable outcomes across cloud modernization, data platforms, generative AI, and intelligent automation.
We specialize in cloud migration, data modernization, generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, AIOps, and technical staffing. Our team supports organizations across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, media, the public sector, and technology.
About the Team
You will work closely with our marketing, sales, content, design, and leadership teams to build email campaigns that engage business decision-makers and contribute to qualified sales opportunities.
As part of a globally distributed team, you will help establish email marketing as a structured and measurable growth channel across NuVista AI’s consulting services, technology solutions, events, thought leadership, and staffing business lines.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced B2B Email Marketing Campaign Specialist to plan, build, execute, and optimize campaigns that nurture prospects, increase engagement, and support pipeline development.
You will manage the complete email campaign lifecycle, including audience segmentation, campaign planning, copywriting, automation, testing, deliverability, performance analysis, and continuous optimization.
Our campaigns may support technology services, AWS Cloud and AI solutions, webinars, events, thought leadership, case studies, newsletters, and other B2B marketing initiatives.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to reach and nurture business decision-makers through relevant, personalized campaigns—not generic mass-email blasts.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute B2B email campaigns aligned with lead-generation, nurturing, and pipeline goals.
- Build campaigns for prospects, existing leads, event attendees, customers, and other relevant audiences.
- Create email sequences for lead nurturing, event promotion, webinar follow-up, content distribution, re-engagement, and service campaigns.
- Segment contact lists based on industry, job function, company profile, buyer persona, engagement, and lifecycle stage.
- Write and refine compelling subject lines, preview text, email copy, calls to action, and follow-up messages.
- Personalize campaigns for different buyer personas and target-account groups.
- Build and manage automated email workflows, nurture programs, and triggered sequences.
- Configure, schedule, test, and launch campaigns within email marketing and automation platforms.
- Conduct A/B tests across subject lines, messaging, calls to action, send times, formats,
and sequence structures.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, response rates, conversions, unsubscribes, and bounce rates.
- Track campaign-generated leads and email’s contribution to the marketing and sales pipeline.
- Monitor deliverability and maintain a healthy sender and domain reputation.
- Identify and troubleshoot spam placement, bounce, domain reputation, authentication, and list-quality issues.
- Maintain accurate, properly segmented, and compliant email databases.
- Apply relevant email marketing, privacy, consent, and anti-spam requirements.
- Coordinate with content, design, sales, and marketing teams on campaign messaging and assets.
- Analyze results and recommend improvements based on campaign data.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports covering campaign activity, performance, insights, and next steps.
Campaigns may include:
- Lead-nurturing sequences.
- Event and webinar invitations.
- Event and webinar follow-up campaigns.
- Thought-leadership and executive-content campaigns.
- Case study and content promotion.
- Cloud, Data, AI, and service-solution campaigns.
- Newsletters and company updates.
- Lead re-engagement campaigns.
- Customer communications.
- Account-based and highly targeted email campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing B2B email campaigns.
- Strong email copywriting, editing, and messaging skills.
- Experience building multi-step email sequences and automated nurture programs.
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, buyer personas, and personalization.
- Experience conducting A/B tests and improving campaigns based on performance data.
- Good understanding of deliverability, sender reputation, domain health, bounce management, and list hygiene.
- Ability to evaluate campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.
- Experience working with CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing audience lists, links, copy, tracking, and campaign settings.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns from planning and setup through launch and reporting.
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines without close supervision.
- Availability to work 10–20 hours per week and collaborate during agreed U.S. business hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, AWS, IT services, or consulting companies.
- Experience targeting business and technology decision-makers in the U.S. market.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Experience building lead-nurture workflows connected to sales pipelines.
- Familiarity with tools for email validation, contact enrichment, analytics, and deliverability monitoring.
- Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender-reputation management.
- Experience supporting landing pages, lead magnets, webinars, events, and other B2B demand-generation programs.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing and targeted outbound campaigns.
- Experience integrating email activities with CRM lifecycle stages and sales follow-up processes.
- Experience working with globally distributed marketing and sales teams.
