About the Role

Ocean One Ship Management is looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, with a focus on GST and TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and process routine entries using Tally
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) within due dates
- Calculate TDS, ensure timely deposit, and assist with TDS return filing
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and support month-end closing
- Assist with statutory audits and basic MIS reporting

Requirements

- B.Com/M.Com/ MBA or equivalent,



with only 2 years of relevant accounts experience
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, GST, and TDS compliance
- Valuable command of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
