Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Work with Product Consultants and Product Analysts to understand business requirements and functional specifications.
- Responsible for Low-Level Design (LLD), solution configuration, and finalizing the build.
- Elicit requirements through Q&A; sessions, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, business scenarios, task analysis, and workflow analysis.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze information needs, functional requirements, and deliver the required artifacts.
- Collaborate with Technical Consultants, Solution Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance requirements.
- Develop the proposed solution alongside the Solution Analyst.
- Assist in quality assurance activities and contribute to testing and debugging of the solution.
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify potential risks impacting project timelines and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Product Consultant, Product Analyst, and Test Lead to identify and communicate required changes to the build team.
- Review solution changes and conduct impact assessments.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and support teams.
- Deliver informative and well-organized presentations.
- Assist in planning and scoping initiatives in alignment with project timelines.
- Lead the build phase and ensure solutions are developed according to client requirements.




- Review solution efficiency and continuously improve solution quality and development practices.
- Drive and enforce development best practices.
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, and industry processes relevant to the product area.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to address product feature gaps.
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved within agreed timelines.
- Identify critical issues and provide effective resolutions to minimize project delivery impact.
- Demonstrate robust knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business challenges.
- Support Project Managers in assessing, planning, and organizing project workloads to meet project commitments and delivery schedules.
