The Assistant General Manager Operations will oversee day‑to‑day operational activities, ensuring efficient processes, high quality standards, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities

- Develop and execute operational strategies that support the organization’s business goals.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the operations function.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational initiatives with corporate strategy.
- Oversee supply chain, logistics,



and vendor management to optimize the end‑to‑end value chain.
- Drive continuous improvement programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Mentor and develop mid‑level managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements

- 15 to 18 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in a large, multi‑site organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex operational processes.
- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and financial acumen.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
