- Manage and streamline daily operations of the assigned ward/floor.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, reception, OT, housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Conduct regular floor rounds and ensure patient comfort, safety, and timely resolution of requirements.
- Handle and escalate patient/attendant complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, investigations, OT procedures, and discharge processes.
- Monitor VIP/high-profile patients, LAMA/DAMA cases, and ensure appropriate coordination and documentation.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
