Job Title: Account Executive (Tally)

Location: Dhanori, Pune

Experience: 3 – 5 years of hands‑on experience with Tally ERP 9/Prime

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain Daily Financial Records – Record all cash, bank, and ledger entries accurately on a daily basis using Tally.
- Bank Transfers & Reconciliations – Process intra‑bank and inter‑bank transfers, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Sales & Purchase Management – Create, post, and track sales invoices, purchase orders, and receipts; ensure proper GST compliance.
- Inventory & Stock Control – Update stock movements, perform periodic stock audits, and generate inventory reports.
- Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash‑flow reports.
- Client & Vendor Coordination – Liaise with customers and suppliers for payment follow‑ups, credit approvals, and dispute resolution.
- Compliance & Audits – Ensure adherence to company policies,



statutory regulations, and assist auditors during internal/external audits.
- Process Improvement – Identify bottlenecks in accounting workflows and suggest automation or procedural enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3‑5 years of professional experience using Tally ERP 9/Prime for end‑to‑end accounting.
- Strong grasp of banking operations, fund transfers, and reconciliation techniques.
- Proficiency in handling sales, purchase, inventory, and GST modules in Tally.
- Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
- Positive communication skills for interacting with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
