JOB SUMMARY:

OBLU Healthcare is looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and career-oriented Management Trainees to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure across key business functions, enabling candidates to develop a solid understanding of business operations while building the skills required for future leadership roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in day-to-day business operations and support cross-functional teams in achieving departmental objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of assigned projects and tasks.
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned responsibilities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and contribute to organizational goals.
- Continuously develop business, analytical, and leadership capabilities through on-the-job learning and mentoring.

ELIGIBILITY:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Pursuing/Completed) is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
