Position: Shift In-Charge – LABSA & AOS
Experience: 7–9 years
Job Description:
- Handle shift operations for LABSA 90/96 and AOS production.
- Monitor process parameters, production targets, and product quality.
- Manage shift manpower and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Troubleshoot process issues and coordinate with Maintenance, QC, and EHS teams.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain shift reports, production records, and operational logbooks.
- Drive safe, efficient production with minimum downtime and consistent quality.
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 7–9 years of relevant experience in LABSA 90/96 and AOS manufacturing operations.
