Position: Biryani & Roll Chef
Location: Dhanbad, Jharkhand

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality Chicken & Veg Biryani with consistent taste and presentation.
- Prepare different varieties of Chicken, Egg & Veg Rolls.
- Handle biryani preparation, marination, cooking, and portion control.
- Prepare fillings, sauces, chutneys, and other roll ingredients.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and quantity.
- Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage ingredient requirements and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff during busy hours.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain timely order preparation.
- Assist in developing new biryani and roll varieties when required.

Requirements





- Previous experience as a Biryani Chef / Roll Chef / Indian Chef.
- Strong knowledge of biryani preparation and roll-making techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume hours.
- Positive understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to work as part of a kitchen team.
