We are looking for an experienced Software Tester / QA Engineer to join our software development team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, functionality, and performance of our software products.

Our primary focus is ERP software, along with CRM, HRMS, web applications, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and UAT, with hands-on knowledge of Java and Selenium.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Manual, Automation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Test ERP, CRM, HRMS, web-based applications, and mobile applications.
- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and end-to-end workflows.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and test scripts.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, UI, and Exploratory Testing.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Java and Selenium.
- Conduct UAT based on real-world business scenarios and user workflows.
- Validate that developed features meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with business users/stakeholders during UAT and document their feedback.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Perform end-to-end testing of complex business workflows.
- Test different user roles, permissions, approvals, and workflow processes.
- Verify data flow and integration between different modules and applications.
- Validate reports, calculations, business rules, transactions, and data accuracy.
- Perform regression testing after new features, changes, and bug fixes.
- Perform API testing and integration testing where required.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and end users to resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA inputs during the development process.




- Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards before deployment.

ERP & Business Application Knowledge

Good understanding of ERP modules and business workflows is preferred, including:

- Production / Manufacturing

- Reporting & Analytics

Experience in testing ERP or other enterprise/business applications will be highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Testing / QA
- Strong experience in Manual Testing
- Hands-on experience in Automation Testing
- Good knowledge of Java
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Experience with TestNG / JUnit or similar frameworks
- Positive understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing

Good to Have:

- API Testing – Postman or similar tools
- SQL and Database Testing
- Git / Version Control
- Mobile Application Testing
- Cross-browser and responsive testing
- CI/CD and automation integration
- Performance testing knowledge

UAT & Business Process Skills

The candidate should be able to:

- Understand real-world business processes and convert them into test scenarios.
- Prepare UAT scenarios based on business requirements.
- Validate complete end-to-end workflows across multiple modules.
- Identify gaps between business requirements and system functionality.
- Work with users/stakeholders to collect and document UAT feedback.
- Verify that issues identified during UAT are properly resolved.
- Support final validation and release readiness.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

- ERP systems: 2 years (Required)
- Accounts Test : 1 year (Preferred)
