About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Sourcing Manager – Commercial Sales with robust experience in commercial real estate lead generation, channel partner management and business development. The candidate should have an established network of brokers, channel partners and corporate clients and a proven track record in sourcing quality leads and driving closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers and corporate clients.
- Generate and convert qualified leads for commercial office and retail projects.
- Expand the channel partner/sourcing network and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and project presentations.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing and sales targets.
- Maintain lead data, MIS and sourcing reports.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and commercial real estate opportunities.
- Support negotiations and manage the sourcing process through closure.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/sourcing.
- Strong network of channel partners, brokers and corporate clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sourcing/sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai commercial real estate market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field; MBA preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Preferred Background
Candidates from Commercial Real Estate Developers, Real Estate Consulting Firms or Property Advisory Companies will be preferred
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
