What you’ll do

- Run our WhatsApp groups every day — welcome new members, keep conversations on topic, remove spam
- Keep the groups active with regular posts: deals, tips, prompts, polls
- Grow the community by adding members.
- Set up groups in new cities using the same structure everywhere
- Answer member questions or pass them to the right person
- Help the marketing team on WhatsApp and e-mail invite campaigns
- Keep contact lists clean and correctly grouped




- Share a weekly report on community growth and cost per member added
- Track all community activity — messages, joins, exits, engagement — in one transparent report

What we’re looking for

- 0-1 year in community management, social media or customer support
- Very comfortable on WhatsApp — groups, communities, broadcast lists
- Proficient, friendly writing in English and Hindi (Hinglish)
- Organised enough to track many groups and lists at once
- Comfortable working on your own without constant check-ins
- Bonus: Interakt or Gupshup, a parenting or resale brand, Google Sheets, or being a parent yourself

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
